I purchased asus ux305fa laptop on 08/04/2016. The power button stopped functioning after a week. I complained to the customer care. It was attended after two days by the engineer and after two days he visited and change the adapter. It worked for one day and then stopped functioning. On complaint, the engineer took it to the work shop and after one week it was delivered to me. It worked for one day and again developed the same defect. Again the engineer visited and told me that new key board is required and will be demanded and replaced. It was done after a week but it still did not function. I was told that mother board will be changed. It was taken to workshop and was returned to me after 10 days. It worked on that day and again stopped functioning next day. I have registered the complaint again, it has not been attended so for though promised for today.
