Asus India — Malfunctioning new brand Asus product | not serviced more than a month | need refund

To begin with I have purchased an Asus Notebook S430FA on 1st March 2020. This Laptop was purchased for the sole purpose of work, assignments, research, and providing connectivity to my knowledge and personal data. Not only I just bought it, I fought with the team for more than a month to get its warranty extended. On top of that, I recommended 2 of my friends to buy this so-called awesome product and converted them to Asus customer.
Well, it turned out that all my trust and excitement were laid down when I just thought of writing this email today. Since 1st September'2020 the above said Asus laptop started malfunctioning and I literally was unable to use it smoothly (All my conversations with the team and my follow-ups are attached herewith).

Asus Service team turned up and an engineer visited the place on 11th September 2020 & inspected the laptop.
He mentioned the system motherboard is at fault there is something strange and they would order the part. I insisted the engineer to replace the product as it's motherboard is at fault and I would not like to use the faulty product at all. On follow up with the team after a week, they said parts have arrived we would need to pick up the laptop for service to which I agreed. On 19th September 2020, the same engineer visited and said they would replace the parts. After continuous and daily follow-ups, I figured out the parts was still not available and the laptop is kept stale. I requested to get it done early as it's the only source for my bread and butter.

Today I am writing this to officially say that there is no update whatsoever and now I have decided to buy a new product as this situation has hampered me a lot. I am literally wasting my time, energy, and most importantly money on such a goddam product who started malfunctioning within just 5-6 months of purchase.
Pathetic product, Pathetic Service.
It has surpassed more than 1 month that I am suffering because of this laptop for which my work and personal works are gone for a toss.
I request the Asus Team to please refund the money I spent on this laptop and it's the extended warranty. Apart from this, I have literally suffered a loss of time, and many backlogs at my work unnecessary for none of my fault. I need by hard-earned money back.

Issues Observed :
1. Laptop shuts down completely as soon as we put the device on charge. (It literally means I need to sleep when laptop charges.)
2. Laptop Charging light turns on as soon as the device flap is closed.
3. Laptop front Bazzel pops out / loosen out
