I have called asus customer care about my desktop issue and provide necessary details to check about warranty status, they checked the same and ask me my product is under warranty & filed my complaint on 23rd july, 2021. after so many reminders they pick my pc and take almost 1 month 2 days to resolve the issue. they deliver my pc on 01st september, 2021 and forgot to deliver adaptor on same day. and at night they deliver the same. Asus service center in Mumbai (Borivali) not respond to our call also.
Today i have received call from Asus customer care and they asked me your product in not under warranty and pay visiting charges and repair charges of your product.
Furthermore note that mistake is apparent from your side you didn't guide me properly so i haven't pay any charges. Was this information helpful? |
