I have purchased a mobile of ASUS Zenfone2 but after 20 days it start got hanged even it have 4GB RAM. i sent it to service center on[protected] for repairing. yesterday on 27-10-15 i received my phone but problem not resolved.Asus — Display glass damage

As a techie, we will never know the cause of the problem is PSU or RAM, but if you feel the issue is due to PSU so I'd suggest you to try some basic troubleshooting steps.
Unplug the PSU, connect the green wire with any of the ground wire, using a paper clip. With a load attached to the PSU fan, power on your PSU. If the PSU starts, and the load works, then PSU is fine.
For MOBO test, unplug all the components, including the RAM and other peripheral devices. Once the MOBO hase only CPU attached to it, start the PC. You should get beep codes, signalling no RAM module, if your motherboard is fine. This way you can rule out your motherboard being damaged too.
