Asus India — My Asus Vivobook 14 is not working from the day I bought it. My product is under warranty. Please help me.

My Asus vivobook 14 is not working from the date I have bought it. My laptop is under warranty.
When I turn on it, it's toolbar, search bar do not respond. Even it's cursur gets freezed. No one from asus customer support is responding. And I have called a service center of Asus, the guy started abusing me. Please terminate that service center.
