Asus India — My laptop is in warranty and they're not providing the repair under warranty and charging me 25k for a repairing.

I've purchased an Asus vivobook 14 for ₹ 35990 last year and it is under warranty till 12 November 2021 and on 24 October it just gone dead and is not getting started so I contacted company and they asked me to visit service centre where they asked for ₹25000 and company also said I've to pay for getting my device repaired which is under warranty so I filed a complaint against this in National consumer helpline and then Mr Amol a representative of Asus contacted me offered me 30% discount for repairing my device but I want it to be repaired for free as it is under warranty.
Hope company understands and I'll be given proper service or I'll file a legal case in District consumer commission for this sort of after sales service and for charging me huge amount for repairing of a under warranty product.
