I bought the ASUS rog laptop on 2nd oct 2020. From the next morning it started switching off continuously and battery is draining very fast. I have checked by charging it to 100 percent and started, same issue happened again. I tried by using it on normal table, on lap, on sofa machine showing same issue.
I have bought the laptop for exam purpose but I couldn't even use it, I have mailed to customer care([protected]@asus.com) but they want screenshot of the issue. How can I give them screenshot as laptop is switching off randomly. I cant hold the phone for video all day long to capture the issue. its been more than 1 week still nobody from asus end cares about resolution. How could ASUS QA team miss this issue.
