I bought
ASUS A555LF model Notebook
on purchase i was not acknowledged with the fact that this model does not indicates caps and num function.
On speaking to the customer care center technical support they told me that it might be a defect and asked me to visit their service center.
On my visit to service center i was told to contact company through email as they also don't know about any such specification.
I e-mailed the company and was replied after 10 days of my purchase that their model does not have any indications either on screen or on panel.
Mr Madan the Service Specialist called me and mentioned that they were also unaware of any such modifications in the basic designing of the model and told me that they cannot do anything.
Because of such basic disability i cannot identify that whether my text is in uppercase or lowercase on typing the passwords.
I want company to acknowledge their mistake in designing the model and rectify the same by providing such indication on screen while pressing caps key.
