Asus India — No gift received till now after complaint

I have applied for the asus diwali offer for which i have paid 599 for jbl speaker and 499 for warranty extension. The asus promo was promised to be delivered within 45 days and years have been already passed and i still haven't received any gift and also in past months i have also sent them 2 emails for this matter but they have not solved it yet.
