Sir i have purchased an asus laptop from a certified store in trivandrum, kerala on 27 may 2017 and registered for asus "back to school" offer in which they are supposed to send extra 3 year warranty card within 20 working days after payment. Now its been almost 1 year after the payment and till now i have not received any updates on the offer. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. They should refund the amount that i have paid if they are unable to provide the service they offered.
