Had registered a complaint with Asus on 7 October 2023 for laptop not switching on. Requested on site service for my laptop for which the a technician visited who without any diagnosis for the issue said Asus needs to be contacted and left without any solution.
Did not receive any communication from Asus for the next 10 days.
I called repeatedly to the Asus customer care for which I was always told that my issue has been escalated and I will receive a call from a senior Asus authority. I never received a call back from any senior authority inspite of calling 8-10 times to the customer care. Never was I connected to a senior Asus authority who represented the company and had authority to make decisions.
My case was abruptly closed asking for money to repair my laptop inspite of it being in the warranty period without any communication for the reason the repair was not covered in the warranty. Even after the case was closed I called in the customer case asking to talk to an Asus authority. Again no call back was received.
No proper procedure was followed for my complaint and i require help so that my laptop is repaired free of cost because of it being under the warranty period Was this information helpful? |
