I had ordered additional warranty and jbl speak under the some offer from asus on 6th november 2019, the warranty was extended in december but still not received jbl clip 3 speaker.
On 18th dec i had received a mail informing me about delay in dispatch the speaker by 15 days. After 23 days, i did a follow up and again a reply for additional days. After asking for refund, i get revert that we cannot refund your money and your order is under dispatch. Still not dispatched. They are not dispatching nor refunding the money. They are just fooling the customer's.
A speaker which is easily available in the market and the company isn't able to arrange it from past 2.5 months. The only reason behind the same i think that the asus is searching for defective/refurbished product.
God's know what kind of service we will receive in future form asus.
