My name is Lakshya. On date 7dec 2021, I summited my asus ROG STRIX Laptop in customer care (nehru place). They say you can take your product in 2to 3 days. After 3days,
I call them but they hav'nt pick my call, so I call customer care of asus they tell your product will be repair on 16 dec . After that I once again call them they tell me your products part will be installed and sanitised in 2 to 3 days because of COVID regulations. On the date of 20th dec .
I call customer care service because I am not able get any response from service center.
Customer care give us other contact number of
Service center (PUNIT) then punit tell us he is going to resign so he tell us another number (WASIM) HE said that your information is not correctly summited in our server. You can get a call from us in 2 to 3 days . After 3 days when i call wasim he is not picking up and if he pick he put our call on hold for long time and he said i call you after 10 min but its never come.
Because of delaying and bad service from customer care and service center I am frustrated .
I am not able get my product status accurately
