I bought this so called "premium phone" called ROG PHONE 5 on April-may 2021, it was working fine until i got an software update from asus official then all of a sudden the phone is dead and when i took the phone to f1 service centre, they told that the motherboard has been corrupted and took almost a month to repair by saying that the new motherboard should come from taiwan, and then in november 2021 starting i got another update from asus and then again my phone's wifi and hotspot stopped working and also 6000mah battery was discharging in less than 3 hours and yesterday I.e.. on DEC 6 2021, the phone's dead again, now again the service center people claims that its because of a faulty update and motherboard needs to be replaced, now only god knows when i will get my phone back, i am in lot of trouble as i am loosing the data again which is stored, these people are not taking the responsibility about the customer concerns, i dont want any new replaced motherboard, i just want my refund back as i am moving to new city in coming month and if again this problem persists to phone, i really dont know about that situation, i have mailed to every possible asus helpline, i am not getting ny proper replies. i hope i will get the refund.
