5 months down the line and 2nd time i visited the service center.
1st time os issue, 2nd time phone is dead and they have to replace the motherboard.
Phone given to service center bangalore f1 solutions 30th sept 2019. Till today they havent fixed the phone not they replace the phone. It is under warranty and it is the worst service after sales from asus.

Kunal - did not get back on me on the issue - called as senior (Lol)
Shishank - did not transfer the call to manager to speak to (Kunal)
What more to say about this??? Worst asus.
