I bought an asus zenfone 2 laser from flipkart.com on dec 6th 15.I had to give it n Asus service centre on 02/01/16 because the phone wasnt turning on, a speaker issue and constant update notifications which were probably the reason why the phone switched off.I was told it'll be fixed in Two Working Days.which dint happen.I checked on 5/01/16 and was told i wil be contacted once fixed wich again dint happen.I called cx service on 11/01/15 and was told to wait COUPLE MORE DAYS.Asus return my phone back or give me a full refund since it had one year warranty on it.and just because i'm asking for it dont just fix the phone for the time being not in a proper way...return my phone in perfect working condition, without having to contact you again atleat till the warranty ends.
