1. ASUS Laptop Model AS TP412F 10110U/5DZ/4G/US, purchased on 25th May 2021.
2. Consistent product performance issues, including poor battery backup, and device heating.
3. The same was also highlighted through a service complaint on 31st March 2022, and the battery was replaced.
4. However, problems persisted, including LCD screen flickering issues for the past several weeks. issue highlighted to ASUS Service Support .
5. A repair estimate of INR 15654 has been provided for an issue, which is clearly a manufacturing and product quality issue, within less than 16 months of the purchase of the product.
6. As highlighted earlier, the product clearly had product quality issues when repaired in April 2022.
Help me understand whether it is justified to pay 1/3 of the product price for repairs, where there is no fault of the user.
