The issue that I have experienced was: After continuous repair since 1 month .
My RMA ID's of multiple repair - INJNM80104, INJNM70125, INJNM0012 .
I am facing screen freezing problem since 1½ months . Since then I am continuously talking to ASUS service center and ASUS help desk.
But After 4 continuous repair which lasts around 10-15 days, they have wasted my 1 Month and still my problem is not resolved.
After every service, ASUS promised me that the issue is resolved and a particular part is replaced. But it is of no use, they were not even able to correctly identify what is the issue in my laptop hardware .
I don't know why they are changing different hardware in my laptop everytime which is illogical since the issue is continuously happening after repairs.
After 3rd repair I filled a complaint against the ASUS repair in ASUS Help Desk and they escalated my issue but again after some rubbish testing they gave me the laptop back with the issue.
It occurred from: 25/07/2021
They company just take my laptop for repair, does something replace a part and gives the laptop back to me WITH THE ISSUE BEING UNRESOLVED.
They escalated my issue but I am facing the same problem again after the 4th repair.
