Dear sir, so far I bought 3 Asus zenfone via Flipkart because I liked its features and its nice functions. Among these mobiles i found so many problems with the second mobile Zenfone laser 2 500kl, I took first time to service center and there they accept & returned me after some days with new touchscreen. But real problem started then that the screen replaced by them was not a genuine gorilla glass one as it breaked even though I didn't dropped it on the hard surfaces. I am very frustrated. I once again took it to your service center & I complained about the glass, but they rejected my request saying glass is not under warranty. So finally I decided to complain you & Sue in the consumer court if you won't give me replacement. I hope my application will be considered soon.
