I had purchased an ASUS Vivo Book 14 M409Da-EK146T AMD Quad Core from AMAZON on dt. 16.10.2020 vide Invoice No. IN-DEL3-109229. As there is no clarity in the camera and damaged in SSD connector which was free of cost supplied with the laptop, I made a complaint over toll free no.[protected]. In response, I have been allotted with a complaint bearing no. A[protected]-0001. Thereafter, one lady telephoned me from Bhubaneswar service center in land no.[protected] at 12.16 pm and she transferred the call to their hardwire mechanic/engineer to discuss about the problem. when I told about the problem, he said that why you are sitting for about a year and it is not possible to attained the complaint at this stage. when I told that my device is within the warranty period, he not only behave rudely but also straight way refused to provide any service and cut the telephone. In view of above there is gross deficiency of service on your part during warranty period and behavior of your employees are ridiculous. You are therefore calling upon to attend the complaint within seven days, failing which I have no other option then to approach the legal forum for appropriate relief and in that event your company will be liable to pay compensation for deficiency of service, mental harassment and other legal expenses. Take it as a notice for legal proceeding.
