It is evident that the repairs are not providing a permanent solution to the problem, and my daughter's studies are being significantly impacted.
As a concerned parent, I strongly urge you to consider the logical conclusion that a replacement laptop is the only viable solution to address this issue. My daughter cannot afford to have her laptop malfunctioning repeatedly, which is causing her mental stress and anxiety. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take prompt action to resolve this matter by providing a new laptop at the earliest.
