Asus India — Repair Service and parts unavailability at location

Address: Probhatkuthir, Abanpally, Ratanpally, Santiniketan, Near Arambagh Guest House

I have purchased an laptop 1 year before warranty expired. As aim an working person my daily work is on laptop. I can give it to service center to hold on for repair. I have requested for at home service. They are not appointing service saying servicing location not under area. And telling I have to give my laptop for servicing at centre and they will take 7-8 days time will keep the laptop.

Worst after sales service. Not having much options for servicing center. At available service center parts are not available.

Raising and compliant in the form of legal law action against the company. Sa per sales policy.
