They have deposited the device and told me for motherboard replacement but they have not mentioned the time period when I will get the device so I request you to see this matter and the message from the service center is this --

And this message is also not saying anything when I will get the device
No ETA mentioned
So I request you to see this matter and replace the device
I again request you to please see this matter urgently if possible
i don't know where is my phone, status not clear and the link given by the service center is also not working,
Everyone in the rog 5 community is facing same issue i request you to resolve my matter, i want pice to pice replacement, if imei no changes i want a SALE INVOICE clearly mentioning that the new IMEI no of handset is given to me.please if you cant resolve my problem within 15-20 days i need complete refund
