Asus India — Rog phone 5, fingerprint option not showing in setting

I buy a phone in flipkart
PURCHASE DATE-09/07/2021
Phone was problem in finger print option
So that phone sends to KARNATAKA . DAVANAGERE service center.problem not solved so it's send to MUMBAI service center
But customer care not properly respond me .
I compliant to replace phone . Or refund the money
Am called to customer care . That guys told problem solved in 48 hours but
48 hours left ur customer care services not solved my problem
