Since from the beginning i had purchased the laptop, i am facing problem of screen flickering issue for this i went to the seller but they said you will be getting service from the centre as 7 days have been passed. When i visited the first time for service centre they received the laptop with the RMA no. INF6NB0047 on 2/11/2022 solution provided replaced the display
but my issue not resolved 2nd time submitted the laptop with the same RMA no. INF6NB0047 they received it within 7 days they returned saying issue resolved it was software issue.
Again after 12-15 days same issue faced submitted 3rd time RMA no. INF6NC0287 received it after 7days saying issue resolved OS had been reloaded & working fine.Then again 4th time same problem again new RMA no. INF6R10102 after 12 days received back by saying its working fine as its a software issue and we have consulted the MS office team and got resolved. And now 5th time i have got the same problem after a month what shall i do all time i cant visit to service center and submit my laptop for the same issue and they are denying for a stand by also i have purchased for the job which i am facing very problem to manage my work. Kindly help me out from the problem, i need a permanent solution or need to replace the laptop. Was this information helpful? |
