Asus India — Service Issue

Dear all,
I given my asus rog 5 mobile to service center as on 12.10.2021 due to failure of Wifi is not turning and phone is not turning on but still my device is not repair and they today as on 25.10.2021 they need more 8-10 days to repair my device
my phone is premium phone costing around 50000 /-
please take serious action
