I have purchases asus ze500kl in year 2016. Now mobile application get updated automatically and android has been upgraded automatically. Now i unable to transfer any mobile application into memory card and because of this i unable to install any mobile application since due to shortage in internal memory.
Two times i have lodged complaint having complaint number of a[protected] and a[protected] but same has been unresolved.
I understand that by upgrading mobile application of android, if there is any problem to end user then they should not allowed in their smart phone. How asus should expect that end user should have all technical details as well.
