Asus India — speaker of laptop asus vivobook s series not working well

I got my asus laptop on 3rd october 2019 whose speaker is completely not working that replaced by today on 17 oct 2019.
Speakar of this laptop is working but dead slow it is not clearly audible even on 100 percent volume. This is very embarrassing from asus i replace my laptop in 15 days even i'm not able to use my laptop.

Kindly lookin to this and resolve it as early as possible
