Asus India — the new laptop is freezing.

I have purchased a new laptop from fliokart of asus and it has 4 gb ram and on the day i started it. It started freezing and slowed down and sometimes the screen go blqnk and flipkart said i have one year onsite warranty for this but i have not received any warranty documents. So please resolve my issue. Either repair my laptop or refund me the exact money.
