Dear Asus,
I have phone charging issues since I purchased since . The charging stops after certain period of time for the same issue it has been submitted twice for repair . This is faulty handset and I haven repeatedly asking for replaced of my handset. Although after customer service mentioning my services I found that they responded for repair. I found this is unjustified because I followed policy of Asus India policy for repair wherein this device is faulty so would like to legal department to follow the process of consumer forum as I have finding mysel[censored]njustified and Asus has monopoly by selling faulty handset.
