I bought a laptop from Asus India on[protected]. Product Description- Asus ROG G713QC-HX053T. On[protected], the laptop stopped working, would not switch on. Being under warranty, I registered a complaint with Asus India through their customer care number. The first complaint number is- A[protected]. We didn't receive a response right away. After multiple follow-ups they finally sent their engineer on[protected]. He took my laptop to their service center in Varanasi for repairing. My laptop has been with them since 16th october. It has been more than 2 months and Asus India has not repaired my laptop and has kept it in their custody. I have tried reaching out to both the service center and the customer care line and both sources provide me vague answers and keep trying to elude me. Since the last 3 weeks, I have been told that they will tell me what's happening in the evening but I get no response. I have been informed that it was a faulty model and they are discussing what to do about it but it has been 2 months now and my work is being affected. While the customer service is pathetic and hugely disappointing, I have had to halt projects that I was working on due to lack of a laptop. The laptop costed us 97, 000 and was a huge investment on my part and I am suffering loss with no definite answer in sight. While the company goes overboard in selling these extravagant and highly priced products, they do not keep their promise to help the customer in time of need.
What I expect- A definite answer on when my laptop will be available or providing me with a new one at the earliest. If the faulty laptop is fixed, then an extended warranty on the product to make sure I do not go into loss in getting a faulty product repaired.
