Purchased my ASUS Zenfone 2-ZE551ML in May 2015. It has been giving me problems after about only 6 months of purchase itself. Touchscreen didn't work properly, anything would happen in the mobile by itself & performance was poor too. I told the service center people that my mobile had touch issues asked them to replace the same while it was under warranty. However, they didn't change the touch panel and changed the motherboard and the speaker!...speaker had no problem in it!... 2 days after getting back the mobile from service station, I was facing the same issues!...Due to tight schedule & living 30 kms away from city, I wasn't able to visit the service center in warranty period, which expired just in the last month. This time in service center, VERY BAD BEHAVIOR was observed. The man blamed me for misuse of device, which I haven't done! Next day after getting back the device from service center, my mobile stopped working fully! And once again the man said that you've dropped the phone & thus you have damaged it! I haven't dropped the phone and there was no physical damage to device or any misuse and still he continues to fight with me!...in a rather BAD TONE!
