I had purchased an asus rog gl552jx
Notebook 7months ago. The device worked fine and i was happy about the laptop.
Recently the display backlight stopped working. I checked it properly and made sure there were no issue with the display panel as such. I then gave to to an authorized service center in bangalore - f1 info solutions and services. They returned the laptop after a week with my display changed (I dont still understand why) with an inferior quality one (Or maybe their assembling mistake). On top of that they did something and the graphics card was not available for use.
I have no idea why they had to mess up my graphics card.
On returning they tried to make it alright and screwed up the whole system making it sluggish. Then they had to reinstall windows.
And now its been just a week and all my basic softwares are crashing. Now i am planning to give to another service center.
I suggest asus to take some action against this unprofessional way of service and behavior to customers by the service center. Its not an isolated event as i discovered lately that many customers has faced similar service issue both with their laptops and smartphones.
These kind of disappointing after sales issues are forcing customers to move on to other brands even if asus products (As far as i know) are good enough. Was this information helpful? |
