A laptop was purchased from asus in february of 2019 and the motherboard unexpectedly died within 3 months of purchase and for this it took them one complete month and two replacement motherboards and a new display to get laptop in working state, after this repair the laptop ran hot and thermally throttled even for light tasks like web browsing and after replacing the heatsink the temperatures increased and the problem faced earlier was now aggravated. After raising the same with the company they are still saying we are processing the same and till date the laptop has not been fixed.
