I have bought a new Asus Zenfone arround may or june, since the date of purchase this product is giving me lots of trouble. In august they (Ess kay Services, Janak Puri service center) have changed the mother board of my mobile. And now since 24/10/2016 my mobile is submitted in Ess Kay services, but i thinks these guys are not interested in resolution of this problem. Every time when i visited their service center that guy Ojha says, "part is not available and we don't know how much time it will take, contact on our toll free".
now I want to tell you just one thing, i dont want that garbage back, i have spent 8500 bucks on this garbage product and Asus guys are giving me this kind of poor replies. Now i dont want any service repairing is that mobile, i want my money to be refunded, otherwise guys i am also from customer service industry, i know how to handle this kind of matters.
agar thodi si bhi sharam bachi hai to give my money back or replace this product with the new one.

the launcher and the software issues, the parts are motre costlier than the device.
customer care and service center are not able to do anything. Never ever suggest anyone to purchase asus phone.
