I bought this zenfone selfi asus_z00ud zd551kl from flipkart on[protected] and which was delived on 14th nov and after a week ago once i took out the mobile from my pocket the display glass was cracked and the company asus specified that it is gorilla glass 4 as its very much strong it can break easily. When i went to asus customer care f1 infosolution & service center pvt ltd, #58-a model gram, near kocher market chownk ludhiana, ravinder. [protected]@f1services. Asia for that they told me as per their policy they will treat it as damaged phone and will treat as cash service and can not continue under warranty for replacement of the same. They made a cost of 5000/- bugs for replacement of screen. As it is screen quality issue they didn't turned up for same. Then it was under returned period i then made request to flipkart for the return the mobile as it was having quality issue that gorilla glass 4 is cracked but how come gorilla glass can be cracked so easily. Then flipkart also denied for replacing... Now where to go it was the big mistake ever i bought product online the duplicate market filpkart.. It was huge lost of 15, 000/ —
Then after a long period of time my friend told me to log a complaint for the same as you can only make way out to help me in my problem i am facing.
