I am regular customer of asus company.
My asus zenfone 6 selfie no. Is faazcy32w538. From the time of purchase i am facing some problems i have even complained to customer care, plz you can check your complain history. I have tried to raise the issue related to camera through email but neither service centre nor customer care helped me to sort with this issue. Due to this today also there are problems in my phone.
We went to service centre to approach for help as suggested by customer care, but they didn’t supported us and even misguided us.
It turns ever stop running “volte” in running the handsets, and application support none. Recently, having camera problem and software problem in handsets from june, which has failed to service centre right.
Firstly, service centre said that the camera is poor and returned in 4-6 days. At the time of return they said camera is repaired now, but in reality didn’t replaced it.
They later said that there is damage in the mid-case of the camera, and demanded money to replace. While there was no damage in the mid-case, and the internal part which makes the warranty or manufacturing defect.
Mr. Man till today the customer care, service centre failed to deliver proper and sustainable solution to the particular problem mentioned above. I requested to replace the mobile or to return the money.
Due to this irresponsible behaviour of the company i have been through many mental and physical stress. If proper solution is not taken to my problem then i have to file case in court against company, and the charge will be paid by the company.
I request to extend the company warranty as i have not used phone due to this problem.
Note - plz describe the definition of “damage”
