I purchased asus laptop core i3 on 14th march 2015 at hubli in bright systems / hubli (Invoice enclosed) . In the laptop there is a horizontal line formation on top edge of the lcd screen, and on the left corner there is an ink mark formation. I have visited asus service center on 8. 7. 2015 and explained the defect but there was no positive response. Asus product service form enclosed.
I like to bring to your kind notice that the laptop was handle with care by me preciously. I alone handle my laptop personally and i assure you that there was no any mishandling by me. I purchased asus laptop first time thinking that it gives good service and a reliable product.
I am here with enclosing all photos of laptop, invoice bill and asus service center form.
I am hoping a positive response and trusted service from your end.
