ASUS un-qualified and liar service engineer has ruined the whole laptop instead of fixing it,
on 2nd dec, 2020 I reported the touchpad issue and showed them the video proof too,
the asus engineer installed pirated windows and then after seven days changed the whole keyboard and touchpad combo but broke the motherboard, because of which i was not able to use its touchpad for 5 days and he also lied this from service center and told them to order the motherboard saying the it had problem.
then replaced the motherboard but did not apply thermal paste properly which made the laptop go 95degree celsius and crashed the laptop after which the laptop was not operable for 12 days and the senior there at the service center was scolding the engineer that is this the way to apply thermal paste and also told that if
then they again replaced the motherboard,
after this the temperature where still going 95 degrees and touchpad problem was still there and also the body was making noise since they opened it more than 10 times,
I showed them the video proof again and gone to their main branch service center and there he confirmed the touchpad problem and took laptop for installing software through recovery and gave back the laptop to me,
Within 5 minutes of testing the problem occurred in front of them and they lied on my face that there is no problem even after watching it by his eyes, so i recorded the video there itself and showed their higher officials but they are denying it saying our engineer says no issue is there, i told them bring a same laptop i will side by side the temperatures and other thing but they are not ready for that also
so for the same problem for which they changed the parts like touchpad and motherboards they are denying to even accept it,
I sent the videos of before repair and after repair showing the problem was the same,
and your engineers are responsible all these nonsense troubles given to me and you should replace this device but their higher official namely Ms Anita kept sending the same reply that we will arrange onsite visit and they are going to trap me in this process
their REGIONAL SERVICE HEADS MADAN CHAND, SANTANU said on call that " MOTHERBOARD THODA TO KYA PAISA TO NHI LIYA NA AAPSE", this is the attitude of their regional heads like they doing ma favour by breaking and replacing and breaking again and replacing parts.
Their frustrated voices in the calls clearly indicate that they will not accept the problem and if they get a laptop this time they will use their tricks and term my laptop out of warranty and then i will be helpless.
I am raising complaint again and again but they are to these people only.
Concluding they have done everything like installing of pirated windows, changing the keyboard and touchpad combo and then motherboard and then motherboard again and then software from servers and till this i was cooperating with asus and still touchpad problem is same and thermals problem has been created and reaching 95 degrees and now they are frustrated and not ready to accept the problem
Overall within one month of purchase asus has done multiple blunder repairs which didnt solve the touchpad problem as well created new problems of thermals and body along with two months of torture because of all this.

ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE OF ASUS I want REPLACEMENT for this laptop with new one
