Asus — mobile given to service station for repairing (withinn warranty period)

I have given my phone at service centre on 04/05/2015 regarding touch and hanging related issue. It is more than a month, no positive reply have been initiated from their end. after lots of telephonic and personal visit to service centre, nothing is happening, even sent several mail but no positive reply.
