Dear Mr. Mathew, Mr. Kundan,
I am not satisfied with phone performance.
I would like to raise complaint about your product.
I purchased ASUS ZENFONE 5, from very first day, touch pad & lagging / hanging issue was observed & same was also registered on customer care no. & complaint was lodged through email.
As per your delegate's instruction, i tried some setting, it could resolved the issue for time being.
Same issue's were observed, every time I was resetting the phone. Your representative asked me to visit, near by service center.
Because of by working hours, I could not get time to submit phone till October. I was fade up with the phone.
I deposited phone in last week at your service center "Regenersis, RMA NO. INUN5A0179".
Last saturday 09.10.2015, I received phone. I have also mentioned remark on inspection report, that I will check for performance. Also inquired about problem, got information, there was problem with software.
Now again, same problem is observed.
I don't know, what to do?
I think you should give me alternate phone, which will help me in such period.
