I have given my ASUS ZENFONE 2 ATAsus Service Centre, Nehru Place, New Delhi, on 11.09.2015 due to touch problem. And it was intormed that it will take 7 days for replacemt of the part. (RMA NO. INU9590414) But now it was more than 12 days and the problem not get solved and I made several times of call to service centre but they are giving a same reply of "WE HAVE ORDERED THE PART, ONCE WE RECEIVED IT WE WILL INFORM YOU". It seems to be ASUS is not interested to supply spare parts to its service centres, and if there is no sufficient stock of spare parts in service ceners how Asus will provide prompt service to its existing customers? And I took this issue to Asus customer care cell several times and they are simply replying wait for some time your problem will get solved but still my problem not get solved (COMPLAINT NO. A[protected]) I want to know when the spare part will reach the service center and when I will get back my phone, why this kind o[censored]nlike delay causing. otherwise I will take some legal action.
