Asus — Negligence of Asus customer care

I bought Asus fonepad 7 ME175CG on from amazon, in with a minute defect of point scratch on left bottom side of screen. When i called up Asus customer care on very next day, they told me they will ask someone to call for replacement for this damage since its under 6 months warranty period and defect from company only. Till now i have made several calls to this customer care and got no proper answer to this solution. Now the situation is the entire screen has got scrapped and with scratches at whole screen. This is all because of negligence of customer care where it got delayed for around 03 months from my purchase date. May i request you to please take this up seriously and advice how should we go about it and replacing the screen. Thanks
