I have ASUS zenfone 5. the phone is in the warranty period. my phone got a little problem of not charging due to error in charging jack in the phone. i have submitted it to Service centre the have commited me to get it repair within a week. ithas been two weeks passede & the person accountable is not picking up my call. hen i called to main service centre they are saying that our ESTIMATE is more 10 days MORE.
I want to take an action against them. please provide your suggestions.
