Asus — No service from Seller and Manufacturer (Flipkart and Asus)

I have purchase One Zenfone 5 A501CG 16 GB cell for my personal use (order on 26/03/2015 and delivered on 30/03/2015) but after 10th days phone got problem cell phone battery charger problem and unplugged from charger (phone got charges with out putting charging phone shows icon of charging) so that i had mail and send return request as base on 30 days replacement ... but flipkart not bother to take that return request on dt. 13/04/2015 (i have all mail correspondent also ) and event that they not send any mails or event call also ... ihave called up soo many time to them ... event i wasted my frnds money to call them (even i told them i had purchase this cell phone for to take this with me for my tour in North India ... 15days with my frnds) and even i had told many time when i had call and even mail also

I dnt want that cell phone plz help me out to take my refund money with interest(becasue i had face many problem for that) i dnt want that cell ... even i m telling them from day 13/04/2015 (before 30days of replacement) today i had gone to service center at panaji ... as flipkart send me that address but on dt.27/04/2015 when i was in north india tour and i cnt go and even 30 days of replacement time period is also gone as per ther rules ... but any how i want my money with interest
i hope u will do the needful for me ( sorry i m late to communicate to you because i m sick after my touring finiched today only i m recovered
