Asus — No support from asus . do not buy asus items

Hi i have t100 taf and i am getting issue in this device its auto on when i connect charger in it . i submitted a complain on 20june2015 . today is 7sep. and my case i still not solvved by asus . Methew M, and Ramesh chand handling my case . but both of them are shame on support system . specially Ramshe chand [protected]@asus.com he is shameless person who will not help u only gives u excuses i hear he is regional manager totally shameless guy, he will comitt u like a movie hero then he will not reply u and your put your case as it was before . i am totally tired now . just think about the duration i am facing to repair or replcace my device . they visited 5 times my place and open the device replace every part but failed to solve the issue, and they are saying we need more testing on your devices . do not byt asus otherwise ramesh chand type of members those are shamless to give u support will give u mental torture .
