I have asus TUF FX504G (J8NRCX02N698337) and i was using it as my daily driver and for office purposed. Due to white pixels in my display i took my laptop to service center. They took my laptop for service and display replacement on 09/09/2021 and after a whole month they close my job sheet because they did not had the parts available to them. I chased them for two months and they registered new complaints everytime i called the customer care with no response or resolution.
After 2 months they called and told me that they have requested the required part and its in transit and i have to wait for 1.5 for it to be delivered after that they'll repair my laptop. its feb of 2022 now. i did not received any call or revert from their end so i called up to check the status and now they are saying that they cannot arrange the display and there's nothing they can do from their end now. i have intel 8th gen my laptop is not even old. i have wasted so much money on their brand and their product is useless to me in span of just 2 year. this is so unfair and disappointing. i used to recommend Asus to everyone and now thanks to their service, i will neither invest my hard earned money in this brand nor i'm going to recommend it to anyone.
