I have made online payment of Rs 890.00 to Asus Company for Asus Back to School Offer against the purchase of a laptop. The payment was made through Payumoney transaction Id 64937345 on the 6th September '15. But till today I haven't receive the gifts yet. Hi,

I am facing the same thing. I made the payment on 25th August and till now my claim status is Payment successful and I haven't received any updates from them.

The phone number that is mentioned on their website is also not reachable now or switched off. I don't know when I'll be getting any update about it.

I am still awaiting some reply from this ASUS company. I wonder whether the company is trying to cheat the customers or this is the work of some crook staffs in the company. I wonder whether it will be better to appeal in the Consumer court for redressal
