Asus — Not getting switched off

Hello Sir/Madam I bought my latop Asus Eeebook VF79856/ASUS("F3NLCX06040412G") on[protected]...within 2 months my laptop is showing problems with switching off.Now even though I try to switch off my laptop its not getting switched off...And when I open it the next time, there is ahuge difficukty in opening. As they are telling "repairing the PC"..then another page comes which says.."do you want to open with windows 8"..when I try to topen then also not opening..sometimes a page comes telling ..Troubleshoot required..
