I bought an Asus laptop on 17th October 2013 and It needed to be sent to the assistance lab just a month later because of charge issues. Since that moment I had to send it three time again, four in total, once because the Asus itself caused external damages (I can't see the inner parts) and the other for the same problem of charge. Now that I've sent my pc one more time I asked a complete replacement of it and not just the repair of the parts again, because the problem happens again and again.
I always have chosen Asus products but now I'm totally disappointed about their policy and the way they handled the problem since the first time.
I've spent 1000€ because I needed a good machine and instead I had to make frequent shipping and format the pc any times and stay without it for weeks and weeks. Was this information helpful? |
